Contracts and Fees
As needed and as appropriate we will agree contractual terms with donors and/or causes to ensure adherence to all laws and regulations applicable to our work. A formal written contract will be signed by the relevant parties.
Our consultancy fees vary based upon the nature of the work that we are tasked with undertaking and completing, and other associated aspects, e.g. one-off-short/medium/longer term assignments.
We may require an up-front % deposit of the total fee/s to be charged, before we start work.
Our payment terms and conditions will be shared at the first opportunity, thus fostering a mutual understanding of when monies, owed to us, must be paid by the cause/client.
We aim to carry out all contract and fee negotiations in happy spirits and genuine good faith and by being always honest and transparent, we will create harmony, and mutual trust.
